During the night, Russian aerial assaults have led to electricity outages in multiple districts of the capital city, the Ukrainian capital.

Nine people were wounded while local people in eastern neighborhoods were plunged into darkness and faced interruptions to water supplies, according to municipal leaders.

At the same time, a young boy was lost their life in a separate aerial attack in the southeastern region in the southeastern part, based on information from local officials.

Russian forces has intensified assaults on electrical systems over the past few days, while the country's government has demanded "concrete actions" from allies to increase pressure on Moscow.

"What is required is not symbolic gestures but strong steps - from the America, Europe and the G7 - in supplying defensive weapons and enforcing restrictions," he wrote in a public message.

Officials stated that hundreds of unmanned aircraft and over thirty rockets attacked energy facilities, labeling such assaults as "strategic and deliberate" and against "critical infrastructure" as winter approaches.

Energy officials said Russia was "conducting extensive attacks" and technical staff were working to repair systems.

A barrage of missiles hit power facilities and residential structures in the capital.

Five out of the nine people hurt in the assaults on the capital have been taken to hospital, according to city authorities.

Regional authorities said the urban area came under significant strikes throughout the evening. A seven-year-old child lost their life and three other people were injured.

The strikes follow nights of air raids in the region, sections of which are currently controlled by invading troops.

All of Ukraine is under warning for advanced weapon attacks, which are more difficult to identify.

National leaders told reporters that Russia was deliberately attempting to demolish the country's energy grid, with attacks already disrupting fuel infrastructure.
